The inverted cone: cuts where nothing else reaches – back-deburring, undercuts and internal chamfers.
Design and Construction
An inverted-cone head (wide at top, narrowing to the shank) in standard double cut: the only geometry that enters a hole and cuts the far side, undercuts and internal chamfers in one sweep.
How It Works
Feed the cone through the hole, then cut on the pull stroke – the wide top face planes the back side while the shank clears the bore.
