Cutter heads for CNC tenoning, finger jointing and helical planing: spiral cutterheads with indexable 15x15x2.5 mm TCT knives (light and heavy duty, bores 40-200 mm), tenon cutterheads including single and double saw-blade types, and finger joint cutters D 160-250 mm with 2-6 teeth for finger lengths of 9-12 mm. CNC-machined bodies in alloy steel or aluminium are balanced and stress-relieved for vibration-free running at production feeds; every knife seat is precision-ground for accurate indexing. Standard heads are in stock; custom bores, knife counts and profiles are produced from drawings at the Chengdu and Dongguan factories.
