VPOINTTOOLS CO., LTD. is a global manufacturer of carbide and superhard cutting tools, serving the woodworking, paper converting, fiber composite and general metalworking industries since 2008 and exporting to 100+ countries.
Product Portfolio
Our range spans PCD and carbide-tipped saw blades, finger joint cutters, solid carbide end mills and drills, indexable inserts, profile knives and custom-shaped tools — applied in woodworking, paper slitting, fiber composite and metal machining. Standard and custom-engineered sizes are both available, and we re-sharpen and recoat tools to extend service life.
Manufacturing & Equipment
Two wholly-owned factories in Dongguan and Chengdu run under unified management and standardized process control. Advanced multi-axis CNC grinding systems deliver precision finishing of inserts, drills, saw blades, PCD tools and special-shaped cutters, with critical dimensions verified by batch inspection.
Engineering, OEM & Quality
In-house engineers tailor geometry, substrates and coatings from application analysis through rapid prototyping and trial cutting. We provide full OEM/ODM services, and embed quality control across the chain — from incoming material checks to dynamic balancing and optical verification, with certificates available on request.
