Replaceable Insert Router Bits

Replaceable-insert router bits keep the steel body in service and replace only the worn carbide knife - a fresh cutting edge in about five minutes, no regrinding, no machine disassembly. The range covers spoilboard surfacing and slab flattening, 45/60/90/120-degree V-grooving, flush trim, spiral flush trim and bottom milling, straight, chamfer (fixed 15/45-degree and adjustable 0-45/0-90 degrees) and roundover profiles, in bearing-guided and bearingless versions. Bodies are machined from 40Cr chrome-molybdenum steel; knives use VPOINT carbide grades matched to the material - MDF and laminate, solid wood, acrylic and aluminium. Matching insert knives (12x12 to 60x12 mm, reversible) are stocked in production quantities. Custom bodies and profiles are made from drawings or samples at the Chengdu and Dongguan factories; one-year warranty on every body and knife.
