What we produce in house

  • Replaceable insert router bits — straight, flush trim, V-groove, chamfer, spoilboard surfacing, spiral insert bits
  • Spiral / helical cutterheads — light duty and heavy duty, with indexable carbide knives
  • PCD diamond tooling — PCD router bits, PCD saw blades, PCD pre-mill and joint cutterheads
  • TCT and carbide knives — planer blades (including 82 mm), indexable knives, profile knives, scraper knives
  • Drilling and sawing — hinge boring bits, brad point dowel drills, TCT circular saw blades, finger joint cutters

Material and tolerance

We use tungsten carbide grades selected per application, with hardness typically HRA 89 and above for woodworking inserts, and grind critical seats to tolerances around ±0.02 mm. Carbide grade, geometry and coating are confirmed per project — send your drawing or sample for a recommendation.

Is VPOINT TOOL a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer with our own production in Dongguan and Chengdu. We also support OEM and ODM projects for other brands.

Where is your head office?

The head office and sales/engineering team are in Chengdu, Sichuan, alongside the Chengdu factory.

Can you ship from either factory?

Yes. Shipping origin is confirmed per order based on stock and production schedule.
