Quick answer

These terms cover quotations, orders, custom tooling, payment and delivery for tools supplied by VPOINT TOOL. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them; custom and OEM tools are produced to the approved drawing or sample; and specifications may be updated as our products improve, with material changes communicated before shipment.

Quotations and orders

  • Quotations are valid for the period shown, normally 30 days, and are subject to stock and production capacity.
  • An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing after receiving the details we need.
  • Prices exclude tax, duty and freight unless stated otherwise.

Custom and OEM/ODM tooling

  • Custom tools are produced to the drawing or sample approved by you. Please check the approval drawing carefully — production follows it.
  • Tooling, fixture or mould charges, where required, are quoted separately.
  • Drawings and specifications you share are treated as confidential and used only for your project.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the quotation. Bank transfer (T/T) is standard; other arrangements can be discussed for established accounts and specific markets. Orders normally enter production after payment or deposit as agreed.

Delivery

  • Lead times are estimates given in good faith and start from order confirmation and payment.
  • Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP).
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, but we will work with you to minimise them.

Quality and claims

Tools are warranted against manufacturing defects as described in our quality and warranty page. Claims should include photos and the machine parameters used, so we can judge whether the cause is a defect, wear or application.

Product changes

We may update geometry, carbide grade or packaging as products improve. Any change affecting the agreed specification is communicated before shipment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are preferably resolved by good faith negotiation.
