How an OEM / ODM project runs
- Enquiry — send a drawing (PDF/DXF/STEP), a sample, or just the machine and material you cut.
- Engineering review — we confirm geometry, carbide or PCD grade and tolerances.
- Quotation — unit price, tooling cost if a new mould or fixture is needed, sample cost and lead time.
- Sample — sample tools produced and shipped for testing.
- Approval & mass production — after your test report, we schedule production and inspection.
Drawing confidentiality
Your drawings and specifications are treated as confidential and used only for your project. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share files. Production fixtures built for your geometry are not sold or reused for other customers.
Minimum order quantity
MOQ depends on the tool type: standard catalogue items can ship in small quantities, while fully custom geometry requires a production batch. Tell us the quantity and we will quote the realistic minimum.
FAQ
Can you copy a sample tool I already use?
Yes. Send the sample or accurate measurements and we will reverse engineer the geometry and quote an equivalent or improved version.
Do you make PCD tools to drawing?
Yes, including PCD router bits, PCD saw blades and PCD cutterheads for MDF, laminate, chipboard and abrasive composites.
Can I put my own brand on the tools?
Yes — laser marking and private label packaging are available for distributors and brand owners.
