Design and Construction
A flame head that earns three bench duties: grinding duty on the coarse flanks, engraving duty on the fine nose, and polishing duty when swept lightly at high RPM with polishing compound. One head replaces three setup changes on small work.
How It Works
Duty changes with speed and pressure: grind at 35,000 RPM with pressure, engrave at 45,000 RPM nose-only, polish with compound at top RPM and a feather touch.
