F-shape (ball nose) carbide burr on a 100 mm long 6 mm shank for reaching deep bores and recesses.
Design and Construction
An F-type ball-nose carbide head on an extended 100 mm long shank (standard cut dia. 12 mm, cut length 25 mm). The long shank reaches deep cavities, bores and weld roots a standard 60 mm burr cannot.
How It Works
Run at reduced speed for the longer overhang (typically 6,000-20,000 RPM depending on rigidity), the ball nose is swept along the surface to blend and deburr.
Applications
Deep-bore deburring, weld-root dressing, impeller and cavity work, maintenance of large fixtures.
