Design and Construction
The 22.32 x 14 x 2 mm radius profile knives carries replaceable tungsten carbide insert knives on a 40Cr chrome-molybdenum steel body for spindle and moulder work. The size table covers lengths (L) of 22.30 and 22.32 mm, widths (W) of 14 to 14.5 mm, thickness (T) 2 mm and radius values (R) of 1, 1.5 and 2 mm per the specifications table.
How It Works
The radius knives seat in the head pocket and present a ground radius edge: as the panel feeds past, the radius forms in one pass. When an edge dulls, the knife is turned or swapped in minutes — the head stays in the machine and the profile holds its position.

Every cutter is inspected before shipment. Shank diameter, cutting-edge diameter, cutting length and overall length are measured against the values listed in the specifications table, and cutting edge runout is verified on the assembled tool.
Tools measuring outside tolerance do not ship. Inspection is performed under our ISO 9001 quality system, with batch records retained for traceability.
