The VPOINT Decagonal Knives ZUND , iEcho, Esko KNIVES Z50 Ø25mm is an oscillating flatbed knife blade. Ideal for ZUND, iEcho and Esko digital cutting systems, composite and textile cutting and carpet and nonwoven cutting.
The Decagonal knives (10 sides) knife is similar to Z50 Z51/Z52, but it cuts less and has a greater cutting force.

Design and Construction
The decagonal knives (ZUND, iEcho, Esko Z50 format, Ø25 mm) are ten-edged carbide knives for digital cutting heads; the specifications table lists the material coverage (textiles, technical textiles, carbon fibre, glass fibre, aramid, carpet, polyester fabric, leather hide, nonwoven, paper, fabric/felt) and the size format 22 x 8 x 0.63 mm.
How It Works
Each knife carries ten edges: when one edge dulls, the blade is indexed to the next — ten fresh edges per blade without changing the head. The carbide edges cut composites and textiles cleanly at digital-cutting stroke rates.

Every cutter is inspected before shipment. Shank diameter, cutting-edge diameter, cutting length and overall length are measured against the values listed in the specifications table, and cutting edge runout is verified on the assembled tool.
Tools measuring outside tolerance do not ship. Inspection is performed under our ISO 9001 quality system, with batch records retained for traceability.
