Cutter head is designed with a sturdy steel body utilizing solid carbide insert knives (2-sided) and spurs (4-sided) to produce clean, crisp tenon cuts that are adjustable in length 5-50mm.

Design and Construction
The CNC tenon insert cutter head is a steel cutterhead carrying replaceable carbide inserts for CNC tenoning. Head diameter, bore, cutting width and insert count are matched to the station when ordering; inserts are indexed or replaced in minutes.
How It Works
The insert rows mill the tenon shoulders and cheeks in one pass. Replaceable inserts keep fresh edges on the station: the head stays mounted and tenon dimensions hold across the run.

Every cutter is inspected before shipment. Shank diameter, cutting-edge diameter, cutting length and overall length are measured against the values listed in the specifications table, and cutting edge runout is verified on the assembled tool.
Tools measuring outside tolerance do not ship. Inspection is performed under our ISO 9001 quality system, with batch records retained for traceability.
