Design and Construction
The ZUND knife Z11 is a tungsten carbide digital cutting knife for ZUND systems; the specifications table lists the material groups it covers — carbon fibre prepreg, carpet, corrugated plastic PP, expanded PVC, fabric canvas and mesh, polyester fabric, foil and vinyl, glass fibre prepreg, magnetic foil, paper board, PC plastic, PP plastic sheet, PVC banner, solid cardboard and tarpaulins.
How It Works
The knife oscillates through the material at high stroke rate: the carbide edge parts composites and tough sheet stock cleanly, and the material list in the table defines the Z11 working range — from fibre prepregs to tarpaulins.

Tools measuring outside tolerance do not ship. Inspection is performed under our ISO 9001 quality system, with batch records retained for traceability.
