Design and Construction
The 22 x 19 x 2 mm triangle replacement carbide insert is a triangular cutting insert for CNC carving and cutting spindle heads. Shape: triangle; length 22 mm, width 19 mm, thickness 2 mm; one countersunk hole for the mounting screw; bevel 35°; three straight cutting edges per insert.
How It Works
The insert seats on the screw mount and presents three straight carbide edges. When one edge dulls, the insert is indexed to the next edge or replaced — the holder stays in the machine. The countersunk screw seat keeps the insert held flat and secure through heavy cutting.
