The chamfer router bit with insert knives pairs a 40Cr chrome-molybdenum steel body with replaceable tungsten carbide insert knives. Diameters (ØD) run 21.6 to 32 mm with 6.35 and 8 mm shanks, 12 mm cutting length, two teeth (2T) and 15° or 45° chamfer angles matched to each part number; inserts 12 x 12 x 1.5 (35°) per the specifications table.
